Senior Management


Jamie Prince Jamie Prince President/Owner Jamie started with Ace in 2014. She brings 20+ years of automotive financial knowledge. She has completed the necessary changes to the budget and controls to bring Ace to new heights. In July 2019, Jamie purchased the company from Al Karnitz the founder of Ace. Jamie along with her partner John Vian own and operate Ace as a family-owned business just as it has been since 1981. In addition, they will add new and updated ideas and procedures to continue to grow the business with high standards of customer service and quality.

John Vian John Vian Vice President/Owner John comes to Ace with a long history and passion of automotive mechanics. He is partner to Jamie Cole in ownership of the business. He is not onsite daily in the beginning while he finishes up with his other responsibilities. In this period, he will be learning the ins and outs of heavy mechanics along with how Ace is currently run to maintain the high standards and policies that the company has become known for. Jamie will continue to run the day-to-day operations along with mentoring and bringing John up to speed.



Office


  • LAURA GRANADOS - Office Manager/ Accounts Receivable

    • Laura is an important part of our accounting team, tracking incoming payments. She performs clerical, financial, and administrative services at Ace.

  • NYREE WELLS - Accounts Payable

    • Nyree is responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. She performs clerical, financial, and administrative services at Ace.

    • MARK BRANTLEY - PARTS MANAGER

      Mark Brantley joined our team to manage our trailer parts, but is now parts manager. If you need parts, Mark is our go-to guy and will get you up and running fast and affordably.

    • SANTIAGO ALVAREZ - PARTS ASSOCIATE

      Santiago assists Mark in providing stellar customer service in our parts department.

    • BRIAN CUSTER - TRAILER MANAGER

      Brian has been employed with Ace for 22+ years. He started out with Ace as a top tech in the trailer department and was subsequently promoted to a manager position in 2013.

    • NICK HICKOX - BODY MANAGER

      Nick has been operating our Body Shop for several years, and keeps our shop running smoothly.

    • CHRIS MORGAN - SAFETY & DISPATCH MANAGER

      Chris fulfills the role of Manager/Safety, and is assisting us with new safety procedures. He brought with him a wealth of information and is making a positive impact here at Ace.

    • JEREMY PRINCE - SALES MANAGER

      Jeremy has been with the company since 2006. He started as an Engine Tech, then moved to the body shop as our Manager, but recently Ace has grown, and is in need for his skills in our sales team.

    • JASON CAMP - INSIDE SALES/INVOICING

      Jason is a great addition and is surely a key player in Ace’s success. He is Ace’s Inside Sales and Invoicing specialist.

    • RAFAEL PRINCE - ENGINE MANAGER

      Rafael has been with Ace Truck since 1998 in our Engine Dept. He has a wide variety of experience in all types of engines and possesses a drive for great customer service. This is the reason he is a perfect fit for the Manager of the Engine Shop.

    • ZACH RESOP - OUTSIDE SALES

      Zach joined our sales team to handle outside sales, and we are looking forward to him further enhancing our sales and customer service teams.

    • AUSTIN COLE - OUTSIDE SALES

      Austin has joined our sales team to handle outside sales, and we are looking forward to him further enhancing our sales and customer service teams.
